1. Overview These Terms of Service govern your use of mirtlemakes.com and any purchases made through my store. By visiting or shopping with me, you agree to these terms.
2. My Store Mirtlemakes is operated by me, Georgina Demetriou, from Cyprus. I sell and ship products to customers worldwide.
3. Products I reserve the right to limit the sale of my products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. Product colours may vary slightly due to screen display differences.
4. Prices & Payment Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout based on your location. I reserve the right to change prices at any time. Payment must be received before an order is processed.
5. Shipping & Delivery I ship orders worldwide. Delivery times and costs are outlined in my Shipping Policy. Any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged upon delivery are the responsibility of the customer. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery.
6. Returns & Refunds All sales are final. I do not accept returns or exchanges.
EU customers: Under EU consumer law, you may have the right to cancel a purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. Exceptions apply to custom-made or personalised items. Please contact me at mirtle@mirtlemakes.com to exercise this right.
Customers outside the EU: All sales are final. Please check your order carefully before completing your purchase. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your country.
7. Intellectual Property All content on this site — including images, text, and designs — is my property and may not be reproduced without my written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, I shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of my products or website.
9. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Customers in the EU also benefit from the mandatory protections of applicable EU regulations. Nothing in these Terms affects any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your own country.
