Shipping Policy

1. Where I Ship I ship to customers worldwide. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact me at mirtle@mirtlemakes.com and I'll do my best to help.

2. Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Delivery Timeframes Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

  • Cyprus: 2–5 business days
  • EU countries: 5–14 business days
  • United States: 7–21 business days
  • Rest of the world: 10–28 business days

Please note these are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, postal delays, or other factors outside my control.

4. Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

5. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in my prices or shipping costs. Please check with your local customs authority for more information before ordering.

6. Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

7. Lost or Delayed Parcels If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact me at mirtle@mirtlemakes.com and I'll investigate with the carrier.

8. Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and I will work to resolve the issue promptly.
